We recently celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary with a long weekend trip to Bar Harbor, Maine and Acadia National Park. We stayed in a perfect, quiet little inn on the ocean. We loved the natural beauty that surrounded us. The downtown was bustling with tourists visiting the many gift and confection shops along the main street. While there we enjoyed lobster, fresh blueberries, and whale watching.

Mount Desert Island is absolutely stunning, and Acadia breathtaking. It’s a beautiful part of the country that I’d suggest everyone visit at least once.
